I have photographed these sweet faces for years now. I have watched them grow into beautiful little girls. I have watched their personalities develop and shine throughout the years. I have watched the walls of their home fill with portraits from our sessions together. I have watched their parents love grow each year as they move through the days together
Someday I fear that my son will look back at the photos I have taken over the years and wonder where the heck was he? It will be okay, because at least we will both be in the same boat since I am rarely in the picture. It's not that I don't like to photograph my son, but he is more apt to stop what he is doing and avoid my camera at all possible costs.
Birthdays are a big deal, but as we get older it seems that it gets harder to find the perfect gift for our loved ones. I've been photographing these sweet faces for years and when their mom called me with her surprise plan for their father's birthday I knew it would be a hit.
We have had our fare share of gloomy days around here lately, but the forecast indicates that spring might actually be making an appearance soon. I'm looking forward to being outside again with my clients photographing the beauty of their families.
These sweet faces have been gracing this blog since the very beginning. I've watched them grow into these little kids and it's hard to believe the first time I photographed them the youngest was only 6 months old. Where does the time go?
